Hotel Accommodation (where applicable)
  • The hotel accommodation (if booked) will be at De Vere Tortworth Court Hotel 
  • Check-in time is 15:00
  • Check-out time is 11:00
  • A credit card swipe will be required from each guest upon check-in for any additional charges to your room (accommodation and breakfast is already paid)
  • Complimentary WIFI throughout bedrooms, meeting space and hotel lobby
  • Hotel swimming pool, steam room and gym are available to all guests staying over and available to use.  It is suggested however to pre-book you one hour swim and or gym session in advance, which you can do so here

Car Parking at the Conference Venue There are 200 car parking spaces, which are all complimentary to guests.
Registration Follow the signs in the venue to the Registration Desk.  This will be open from Wednesday 18th June:
  • 12:00 noon – 16:00
  • 18:00 – 19:00
Thursday 19th June:
  • From 08:30 (Outside The Westminster Suite)
Dress Code
  • Wednesday Evening – Smart/Casual
  • Thursday Daytime – Smart/Business Casual
  • The Conference dinner on Thursday evening is fancy dress theme “A night at the Theatre/Opera”.  Please note fancy dress is not essential, so we would suggest smart.
Timings Please refer to the Programme, for full details.  A conference booklet will be given to each delegate upon arrival / registration.
Name Badges   Name badges and a lanyard will be provided.  These should be worn at all times when in the conference area of the venue.
