Hotel Accommodation

  • The hotel accommodation (if booked) will be at Worsley Park County Club
  • Check-in time is 15:00
  • Check-out time is 12:00
  • A credit card swipe will be required from each guest upon check in for any additional charges to your room (accommodation and breakfast is already paid)
  • Complimentary WIFI throughout bedrooms, meeting space and hotel lobby
  • Hotel swimming pool and gym available to all guests staying over and available to use
Car Parking at the Conference VenueThere are 250 car parking spaces across two car park areas, which are all complimentary to guests.
Registration

Follow the signs in the venue to the Registration Desk.  This will be open from Wednesday 12th June:

  • 12:00 noon – 16:00
  • 18:00 – 20:00

Thursday 13th June:

  • From 08:30
Dress Code

Wednesday Evening – Smart/Casual

Thursday Daytime – Smart/Business Casual

The Conference dinner on Thursday evening is fancy dress theme anything beginning with D or P (David Palmer).  Please note fancy dress is not essential, so we would suggest smart.

Timings

Please refer to the Programme, for full details.  A conference booklet will be given to each delegate upon arrival / registration.

Name Badges

Name badges and a lanyard will be provided.  These should be worn at all times when in the conference area of the venue.
