Travel Tips | Please note for your arrival that we have a Cyber Security Session at 3:00pm on Monday. If you’re planning your travel, please take this into account so you don’t miss the start of the conference programme. Following a recent site visit, we also wanted to share a helpful tip. While there is an official taxi rank at Edinburgh Airport, the cost can be significantly higher than other options. Travelling via tram and train, or by local taxi service, proved to be a straightforward and much more cost-effective route to Dunblane, and is well worth considering when planning your journey. Registration Desk | Please register with NAGS26 and collect your name badge. Follow the signs in the venue to the Registration Desk, which will be near to the Apex Hydro’s main reception. You can register with us and collect your badges at the following times: Monday 18th May: 12:00-17:00 Tuesday 19th May: From 8:30 (outside the Loch Suite, where the conference will take place). |

Conference Dinner | Taking place Tuesday 19th May Drinks reception will be from 19:00 in the Stuart Lounge and call for dinner will be at 20:00 in the Loch Suite The Conference dinner on Tuesday evening is fancy dress theme “Great Scot!” Please note fancy dress is not essential, so we would suggest smart. The dinner will be followed by a Ceilidh, so bring your dancing shoes. |
Hotel Stay Information
For attendees who have booked to stay at the Apex Dunblane Hydro with NAGS.
Hotel Check-in | The hotel accommodation (if booked) will be at Apex Dunblane Hydro Hotel
Upon arrival you will only need to provide your name at check in. There are no individual confirmation numbers as this is a group booking. |
Other Hotel Information | Additional Costs: Accommodation and breakfast is already paid. Any other incidentals or charges must be settled directly with the hotel before checkout. Amenities: Guests are welcome to use hotel swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Please be aware that the hotel is undergoing renovations, so the main restaurant is currently not in use. Whilst this shouldn’t impact delegate experience, you may occasionally hear noises from the building works. |
Name Badges | Name badges and a lanyard will be provided. These should be worn at all times when in the conference area of the venue. |
